Large enterprises handle thousands of carrier shipments daily across LTL, FTL, and parcel networks. However, multi-carrier invoice billing is notoriously prone to errors—ranging from incorrect fuel surcharges, weight discrepancies, and misapplied shipping classes to duplicate invoice billing. The client’s existing audit team had to manually compare each line item of carrier PDF invoices against custom contracts and complex tariff rules. This tedious process resulted in high administrative overhead, a 45-day claim resolution cycle, and millions of dollars in unclaimed carrier overcharges. TariffAuditLabs needed an automated, high-performance solution that could process high-volume freight invoices, instantly cross-reference contracts, flag accessorial overcharges, and present actionable analytics in a highly readable dashboard tailored for diverse working environments.
